At Three Cellars, we're a little different from your typical bar or retail store. Our team helps guests discover great craft beer, wine, and spirits while creating a fun, welcoming experience.
We're currently looking for a part-time bartender who enjoys talking to people and has a genuine interest in beer and wine.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous bartending or hospitality experience
Has knowledge of craft beer and wine — or a genuine desire to learn
Enjoys talking with customers and making recommendations
Is reliable, responsible and able to work independently
Can prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy environment
Bartending experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who already has a strong interest in craft beer, wine, spirits or cocktails.
The schedule
This position is approximately 6–20 hours per week to start, primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, with a limited number of weekday evening shifts available.
There is potential for additional hours and increased responsibility for the right person.
A Menomonee Falls Bartender's License is required within 90 days of employment.
