Renting The Space
Inside Three Cellars, we can seat up to 106 people, or 140+ in a casual/mingling atmosphere where seating is not required for each guest. When the weather cooperates, the outdoor wine and beer garden can accommodate several more guests.
If you’d like to serve food, you can use any caterer of your choosing, or you may bring in any food. We ask that you do not bring in any beverages.
Knowledgeable and friendly wine and beer hosts are included in the rental fee.
The room rental fee is $100 per hour, with minimum sales of $600 per hour. If you wish to decorate, there is also a one-time $50 fee. Three Cellars can hold the date for you with a check or Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equal to the room fee is required to reserve the date.
All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event date. If we receive less than 72 hours notice, the room rental fee for the reserved time will be charged.
Three Cellars is available to rent every day except for Friday’s. Reservations are based on a first-come basis with a signed contract. For more information, or to book your event, please call 262-735-7823 or email [email protected].
Large Group Inquiries
If you would like to bring a large group to Three Cellars, but don’t require a completely private event, we are happy to reserve space for you, as long as we remain open to the public. For groups of 20 or larger, we require a $300 minimum plus 20% gratuity spent at Three Cellars to reserve tables. On top of this, there is a $50 fee if you would like to decorate. Baby/Bridal Shower Inquiries
If you would like to host a baby or bridal shower at Three Cellars, but don’t require a completely private event, we are happy to reserve space for you, as long as we remain open to the public. We require a $500 deposit to host the event for a maximum of 3 hours. This $500 does not include drinks, food, or any purchases at Three Cellars the day of the event.
